1. Overview

LetX (operated by Shahriar Labs, Dhaka, Bangladesh) offers a free tier and paid ("Pro") plans. LetX is free to try before you pay, so we encourage you to use the free tier first. This Refund Policy explains when paid subscriptions can be refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. 14-day refund

If you are a first-time Pro subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. Just email us — no complicated hoops. This applies to your first paid period only, is limited to one refund per customer, and we may decline requests where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms.

3. Renewals & cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll consider a pro-rated refund for unused time at our discretion.

4. What is non-refundable

Requests made more than 14 days after the charge (except as required by law).
Usage-based AI credits or add-ons that have already been consumed.
Plans obtained free of charge (e.g. promotions, campaigns, or complimentary Pro) — there's no payment to refund.
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email on your account, with the reason and (if you have it) the payment reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
